Calgary (PAB) Qualico Communities Calgary is excited to announce the grand opening of Bridgeport, its newest master-planned community in Chestermere, on Saturday, August 23.
Since breaking ground in 2024 and launching presales in early 2025, Bridgeport has reached several key milestones. Construction is well underway, and families will soon be moving in and calling Bridgeport home. With the opening of the first Showhomes nearing, excitement is at an all-time high.

Starting Saturday, August 23, visitors will be welcome to tour 10 stunning new Showhomes from Broadview Homes, NuVista Homes, Shane Homes, Sterling Homes, Trico Homes, and Truman. Laned duplexes in the community will start from the mid $500s, laned homes from the high $500s, and front garage homes from the mid $700s.
